Practice setting: Employee Health and Wellness Center
Dates or start date: 8/11
Shift times:
Monday 1:00p.m.-5:00p.m.
Wednesday 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.
Friday 1:00p.m.-5:00p.m.
Patients per day: 18-22
Ages seen: Employees and family members
EMR: Yes, site will provide on-site training
Support staff: Yes, MA & RN
Procedures: No in-office procedures.
DEA required: Yes
Additional information: This is an outpatient primary care clinic on a company site & the provider will treat the employees as well as their dependents. Most common cases are Coughs, Colds, Flu, Sinus/Allergies, Well Visits etc.
There will be additional Per Diem Shifts!!!
