looking for Fam Med doc or comparable that is able to see all ages
-Philadelphia area Community Health Center (actually in Philly)
-ASAP - Ongoing
-Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p
-20 patients per day MINIMUM, could see up to 25
-Basic Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, physicals, some hypertension/diabetes
-Site uses EMR (NextGen), doc must be able to perform well with EMR
