Specialty needed: Family Practice Physician, CORPORATE CLINIC
Qualifications: primary care physician, available Mon-Fri
Location: Monroe, GA
Practice setting:
Our medical facility is located on the campus of the corporate headquarters at a large financial company.
Only employees are seen for acute episodic cases (i.e. coughs, colds, flus) no chronic visits or treatment.
Work related injuries are sent to the nearest hospital or Urgent Care.
Dates or start date: ongoing per diem shifts, starting August 1st, option to extend

Shift times: daytime, 8 hour shifts, 8A-5P
Patients per day: 20-25
Ages seen: 2+ years
EMR: YES, proprietary software, customized highly functioning, physician friendly EMR, will train, EMR computer documentation skills preferred.
Support staff: Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistants, other physicians
Procedures: NO in-office procedures
DEA required: YES
Additional information: This is an ongoing need. We are seeking a provider interested in covering future PRN/Per Diem shifts.
