Family Physicians & General Practice Physicians only
Location: Monroe, GA
Practice setting:
Our medical facility is located on the campus of the corporate headquarters.
Only employees and their immediate family members are seen for acute episodic cases (i.e. coughs, colds, flus) no chronic visits or treatment.
Work related injuries are sent to the nearest hospital or Urgent Care.
Dates or start date: ongoing assignment up to 1 month with option to extend
Shift times: daytime, 8 hour shifts, 8a-5p
Patients per day: 20-25
Ages seen: 2+
EMR: YES, proprietary software, customized highly functioning, physician friendly EMR, will train, EMR computer documentation skills preferred, paper charting may be available if assignment is less than 3 days.
Support staff: Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistants, other physicians
Procedures: NO in-office procedures
DEA required: YES
Additional information: This is an ongoing need. We are seeking a provider interested in covering future PRN/Per Diem shifts as well.
