A large, hospital affiliated multi-specialty group wants to add a Family Medicine physician. The compensation package is built around a two year $170,000 income guarantee with RVU generated incentive bonuses. You can opt out of the income guarantee at any point. A full benefits package is also included. The schedule is a standard Monday through Friday model with 1:6 call. Call is telephone consults only. The physician is assisted by two mid-level providers. This is a very picturesque and historical location with nearby museums, galleries and antique shops. The town is the embodiment of small town charm and the nearby coast presents a wide range of outdoor activities without crowds of tourists.
