Practice Opportunity: We are searching for a stable, permanent physician willing to share the busy clinic, hospital (inpatient & outpatient), nursing home & ER workload with the 6 other medical providers. The area is currently served by 3 full-time physicians, 2 physician assistants (PA-C), plus a full-time family nurse practitioner (FNP). The hospital is a 15-bed critical access facility with a federally-certified rural health clinic, 85-bed care center and a 9-bed assisted living facility located under one roof. A new physician can expect to be busy immediately in the clinic, hospital, emergency room and nursing home settings. Other practice offerings include:
• Competitive guarantee
• Quarterly incentive bonus based on RVU’s

• 3 ½ clinic days per week from 8am-5pm
• 1 day per week in the emergency room (averages 1 patient encounter per hour)
• ER call is 5 days a month; one weekend out of six
• Care center rounds and inpatient rounds
• Paid Malpractice, Health Insurance, Pension Plan and Relocation
• 7 ½ weeks of paid time off; 1 week paid CME
Located in a picturesque community of 2,300 in the heart of Wyoming’s beautiful Big Horn Basin and nestled between the Big Horn Mountains to the east and the Pryor Mountains to the north. Practice serves a county population of 11,500 people. There are multiple opportunities for winter and summer activities, such as fishing, hunting, boating, skiing, snowmobiling, etc. Yellowstone National Park is located just over one hour to the west. Billings, Montana (pop. 103,000) is located 90 minutes north. The community has excellent schools, clean air and no congestion, pollution, or big-city crime. In addition, Wyoming is one of the few states that does not have a state income tax, only 5% sales tax and the cost of living is considerably lower than the surrounding states.
