Seeking a physician with extensive primary care and geriatric experience who can help redesign a current care delivery model. Understanding how technology can change care and being able to provide substantial input into the redesign of current technological tools is imperative.
You will join a Clinical Transformation Team within the Hospital 2 Home Division. The team is made up of physicians and nurses who are expert in utilizing enabling technology to redesign care and who also collaborate very closely with the client health systems and countries. The team functions as a cohesive unit and meets 2-3 times per year.
They are located in Baltimore, MD.
Requirements:
This physician should hold an MD or DO degree
Minimum of five years? experience in the role as a hospitalist and/or primary care physician.
Sub-specialty boards in geriatrics would be considered a plus.
Experience with software development would also be considered a plus.
International experience a plus
Ability to travel (50%)
