• OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center is a well-established, multi-specialty primary care clinic, and is seeking a board eligible or board certified family medicine physician to join our growing practice.
. The physician staff includes five family practice physicians, five internists, one ENT, and three nurse practitioners.
• The group is located in a modern and spacious state-of-the-art 23,000 square foot facility. On-site services include laboratory (CLIA certified moderately complex), general x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, colposcopy, dexa scan, nuclear scans, and echocardiography. A full service pharmacy is also located within the building.
• Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

• Ottawa, with easy access to I-80 and I-39 offers ready access to major cultural centers in Chicago, Rockford, and Peoria (each approximately 80 to 90 minutes by car) making it convenient for a great weekend getaway or a day trip to experience the big city life.
• OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center is conveniently located 4/10ths of a mile east of the Ottawa Regional Medical Center (one minute by car). It contains 124 Medicare certified beds and recently completed building a $13 million addition. Specialties available for in-hospital consultation include cardiology, dermatology, ENT, gastroenterology, medical oncology, ophthalmology, psychiatry, thoracic surgery, substance abuse and psychiatric units. Tertiary referrals are made to Peoria, Rockford, and Chicago.
• Ottawa, a town of 18,000 is located in north central Illinois. It’s also known as the “Town of Two Rivers” where the scenic Fox River flows into the Illinois River and sets the pace for the relaxed and secure quality of life in the community. The community has a family-oriented environment and boasts excellent public and parochial schools with a high level of parental involvement. The economic base is diversified in both light industry and agriculture. Recreational opportunities abound with four beautiful public parks located within ten minutes of Ottawa (Starved Rock, Mathieson Park, Buffalo Rock and Illini State Park).
