Seeking Family Practioner for Locums to Perm Opportunity
Dates: January 1, 2014 - April 2014
Shift: 8a-5p 5 days a week
Requirements:
On Call requirements: To be discussed during interview process
Weekend requirements: To be discussed during interview process
Certification requirements: BLS/CPR
Board certificaion preferred.
Board eligible providers will be considered if within 3 yrs of residency.
Must have an Indiana license
Additional Information:
Need coverage 3-4 months with possibility to extend or take a permanent position
Private Practice opportunity that has been in business for 18 years
There are 3 other providers in the practice
