•Busy practice seeks an additional physician to serve a growing community and patient base in Rockford, Illinois.
•Call is 1:5 with nurse triage after hours to support call. Another call option exists to be on call one full week every 13 weeks which covers Outpatient Call Center.
•This position includes a base salary commensurate with experience plus RVU bonus incentives. Benefits include paid malpractice, CME, association membership dues, holidays, and vacation weeks. Health, life, and dental insurance, retirement pension plan, retirement tax annuity options and paid relocation assistance are also included in our benefit package.
•This practice clinic is located within Rockford and an easy drive to OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center. •A Family Physician or Med/Ped physician with quality medical training who has completed ABMS board certification or American Board of Osteopathic Medicine is desired. A newly trained physician will also be considered with the stipulation that board certification must be achieved within a few years for continued employment.
