11/1 start Locum or Locum-Perm Primary Care Physician, Family Practice Patients 12yrs+ Will be a 40 hrs work week Will send update once specific schedule is set. Clinic is open: M/W 8a-7p, Tu/Th 8a-5p, Fri 7a-5p, Sat 8a-1p. Perm job is for a Medical director. 15-20 patients per day tops We are partnered with Corporate Clinic to provide a state-of-the-art health and wellness center. We are seeking a 40-hour/week Medical Director to work with a medical team in providing care to their employees, spouses, and dependents (ages 12 plus). Internist or family physician who wants to practice medicine in a setting that emphasizes prevention, wellness and patient involvement, we want to talk with you. Join a health care organization where the emphasis is on outcomes not patient volume and billing. The Medical Director is responsible for directing the activities of a specific department within the organization. Manages other employees and ensures all business goals and objectives are reached. Primary responsibilities: •Directs the activities and productivity of the Health Center. •Provides mentorship and guidance to a multi-disciplinary clinical team. •Assists Account Manager with hiring appropriately qualified staff. •Work with Account Manager to sustain and grow programs and services. •Oversees administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization. •Support the organization\'s strategic alliances and client partnership. •Ensure performance goals are met. •Attends and presides over internal meetings. •Participates in strategic planning. •Represent the organization to the key stakeholders and business partner. •Collaborates with the Account Manager to plan and implement the annual calendar of activities & special events. •Create presentations for meetings
