Seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician for a manufacturing company in the Jackson, MS area. Will consider a FM or IM or GP Physician with strong current occupational medicine experience.
Competitive compensation with excellent benefits: 3 weeks PTO plus paid holidays plus sick days. Paid CME allowance with days off. Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance. Company matches up to 4% of employee\'s contribution.
Requirements:
Board certified in Occupational Medicine or FM or IM or GP Physician with strong current occupational medicine experience is preferred in the state of Mississippi.
Strong clinical background required with at least 2 to 5 years experience in occupational medicine is required.
Duties:
• Perform physical examinations as part of: periodic wellness or occupational health surveillance programs.
• Oversee clinical care provided by mid-level providers and nurses, technicians, and other assigned staff.
• Refer to other physicians those injuries or illnesses, which will require time off from work, specialty medical care, or extended follow up.
• Assist in active implementation of company initiatives to ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, AAAHC and other mandated regulatory or conformance regulations/standards.
