Corporate Health and Wellness outpatient need in Kingsport, TN needed for sporadic dates in October! Below are some details:
Dates needed: October 2,9,16,23, & 30 (7a-4p w/ 1 hr unpaid lunch)
Ages seen at this clinic: Employees and Family. Ages 2+.
Typical cases seen: Acute episodic cases and some chronic disease management
Physician must have an active TN license and DEA to be considered
