We are currently seeking a primary care physician to anchor a new office under development that will expand our practice in the Lower Naugatuck Valley. Candidate must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (for recent grads) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with a strong interest in prevention, a desire to help transform our practice into a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and a willingness to serve as faculty for our residency programs.
