Family Practice Physician - (PCP - FP) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
This is an Army contract, no IFF, no malpractice needed, any state license, must have BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEA. Locum Tenens must be a Board Certified or true Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) Family Practice Physician. The assignment is Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30, the Physician will see 22-25 patients/day, call coverage is required one week night/ week and one weekend/month. The Physician must be able to respond within 30 minutes while on call. Start date will set once acceptance and privileging has been completed, this is an initial 6 month contract with option to extend.
Family practice physicians(locum tenens) are usually the first point of contact for people seeking medical care.
