No visas. BC/BE IM or FM needed to join this primary care group. Outpatient based.
Your practice hours will mostly be Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) with NO weekend hours and minimal on-call. They are exclusively an out-patient practice; they do not admit patients and do not round. They pay for your malpractice insurance, give you up to two weeks off for CME as well as very generous PTO. You will have excellent benefits which start on the first day of the month following employment. Their talented practice administrators handle all the administrative and operational issues for you so you can focus on patient care. You will be part of a physician practice with over 70 providers who specialize in family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, dentistry as well as behavioral health.
They base their practice model on the MGMA standards as well as their physician compensation (including bonus opportunities). They are a Federally Qualified healthcare organization.
