Vidant Medical Group and Vidant Family Medicine – Edenton are seeking a BC Family Medicine Physician. The practice is currently pursuing a Patient Centered Medical Home model. Successful candidates will be dedicated to this team-based delivery of care.

Vidant Medical Group is a multispecialty physician group sponsored by Vidant Health. Currently Vidant Medical Group employs over 350 providers including primary care and specialists. The group offers the infrastructure needed to manage a modern medical practice including processes for billing and collection, group contracting, electronic medical records and other technologies.
Located in historic Edenton, NC, Vidant Chowan Hospital provides services to 45,000 people in four counties. Vidant Chowan Hospital’s partnership with Vidant Health gives our patients access to state-of-the-art services provided by an academic medical center. The medical staff includes some of the finest primary care, pediatric and internal medicine physicians in the region. The hospital has a telemedicine link with the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Special medical and surgical services at Vidant Chowan Hospital include intensive care, a surgical center, emergency department, an expanded labor and delivery suite and bone density screening.
