Opportunity:
As the incoming Urgent Care Physician, you'll join a busy walk-in clinic treating more than 20,000 patients a year. The ideal candidate will be a Family Practitioner with urgent care or ER experience and will bring strong mission-based values to their work in the clinic. The work schedule consists of two 11-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week with no call and no inpatient coverage.
Compensation:
In return for your training and experience, you'll enjoy a 2-year salary guarantee with productivity bonus potential followed by a RVU-based compensation structure that recognizes the amount of work performed rather than revenue collected. Benefits include: 32 days of PTO per year, CME stipend, Malpractice insurance and tail, relocation expenses, and all licenses and fees. Plus you are going to love living and playing in Binghamton!
