Family Practice Physician - (PCP - FP) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
The Air Force is looking for a qualified and motivated Family Practice physician to see the troops and their families at McGuire AFb in New Jersey.
Must have an active and unrestricted state license
Must have a current and fee paid NON-EXEMPT DEA
Must have a BLS, ACLS, PALS
Must be Board Certified and residency trained in Family Practice.
Must have 24 months of experience in the last 36.
Will be working in an outpatient setting on a M-F 730-430 schedule. There will be no call or OT required.
Will be seeing 14-18 patients per day.
Family practice physicians(locum tenens) are usually the first point of contact for people seeking medical care. These doctors must be able to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions, ranging from broken bones to more exotic illnesses. Family physicians often care for families across generations and are an integral part of many people's lives. In cases where more specialized medical care is needed, a family practice physician will refer their patient to another physician for more focused care.
