Open to visa candidates. Family Practitioner needed to join this community as a hospital employee. The current FP's are not taking new patients and there are not enough FP's to support the community. Current FP's are seeing 15-20 pts a day. The service area is 40-50K. The payer mix is 5% medicaid, 40% medicare, 3% self pay and 53% commercial. There is 0% HMO. FP's round on own attached patients.
Financial: - $235K DOE - Full benefits - Relocation - Productivity bonus (RVU based) - Sign on bonus - Possible loan repayment
Facility: - JCAHO accredited - Private, non profit, acute care facility
