Otsego Memorial Hospital, located at the northern tip of the lower peninsula of Michigan, has a hospital-employed position within the OMH Medical Group available for a full time, BC/BE Family Medicine Physician.

• Join a busy office practice with three physicians and three advance practice providers.
• Physicians enjoy a mix of outpatient/inpatient medicine offering continuity of care while practicing broad based community medicine that utilizes all the physician’s skills.

ABOUT THE FACILITY
THE OMH MEDICAL GROUP
• OMH Medical Group, a multi-specialty group of over 52 primary and specialty care providers.
• Electronic Health Record shared within the medical group and hospital with remote access.
• Each provider has an assigned clinical staff member to assist them. A full training team supports coding documentation and software issues

• Proactive Administration team provides support and attention to physician needs.

• Otsego Memorial Hospital is a healthy, growing, independent 46-bed acute care community hospital, with an attached 34-bed skilled nursing facility serving four counties in northern lower Michigan.
