Otsego Memorial Hospital, located at the northern tip of the lower peninsula of Michigan, has a hospital-employed position within the OMH Medical Group available for a full time, BC/BE Family Medicine Physician.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• Hospital Employed
• BC/BE (must be within 5 years of completion of training or two years of hire)
• Join a busy office practice with three physicians and three advance practice providers.
• Physicians enjoy a mix of outpatient/inpatient medicine offering continuity of care while practicing broad based community medicine that utilizes all the physician’s skills.
• Flexible scheduling of patient hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri, with expanded hours available. • Competitive Compensation Package and Comprehensive Benefits Package
ABOUT THE FACILITY
THE OMH MEDICAL GROUP
• OMH Medical Group, a multi-specialty group of over 52 primary and specialty care providers.
• Electronic Health Record shared within the medical group and hospital with remote access.
• Each provider has an assigned clinical staff member to assist them. A full training team supports coding documentation and software issues
• Designated Patient Centered Medical Home
• Physicians enjoy practicing broad based medicine treating a wide variety of illnesses and conditions where they can utilize all their skills.
• Proactive Administration team provides support and attention to physician needs.
• Home of the “LEAP” program designed to provide support and education to children whose weight and activity level places them at risk for premature diseases. Participant in the Reach Out and Read program for children.
• Home of the “Move Smart Eat Right” metabolic clinic where kids and families are monitored and taught about healthy eating.
• Participate in the Reach Out and Read program for children.
OTSEGO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
• Otsego Memorial Hospital is a healthy, growing, independent 46-bed acute care community hospital, with an attached 34-bed skilled nursing facility serving four counties in northern lower Michigan.
• An independent affiliate hospital of Munson Healthcare in Traverse City, MI, Otsego Memorial Hospital is a fully Joint Commission accredited facility.
