Job Description:
Seeking a BC/BE, FP or IM with interest in Geriatrics for Retirement Community practice opportunity.
As part of the quest to expand community –based services, a program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly began operation in early 2008. These programs coordinate and provide all needed preventative, primary, acute and long term care services in an adult day care health center so that older adult individuals 55 years or older and certified to need nursing home care live as independently as possible.
The Day Health Center is a new 15000 sq. ft building with a clinic and therapy area. It is located near the hospital and physician offices.

The Medical Center is a 297-bed facility offering State-of-the-Art services which include a Breast, Vascular, Cardiac Rehab, and Cancer Center. Most Surgical procedures are performed on site. Also there is a unique Healthplex, combining rehabilitation with other health programs.
