Must be licensed in Texas or eligible. Generous income guarantee available. Relocation, marketing, sign-on bonus and stipend can be offered.
Ideal candidate would be someone who has ties to Texas that wants to come in and work hard from day one. There is a serious primary care shortage in this community and a new doc would be able to get busy very quickly. We have had success with candidates that have no ties to the area so that's obviously not a deal-breaker.
Area is considered a regional center of higher education and the arts. Population is 116K in town with over 350K draw. The people distinguish themselves as being warm, friendly and open to accepting new people and ideas. It is a charming, safe community and a fine place to raise a family.
