Nationwide Locum Tenens has a client that deals with correctional medicine in the state of Michigan that is currently looking for a long term locum or locum to perm at their correctional facility. They are looking for a strong candidate that could potentially advance to a site medical director role. Below are some details. If interested please let me know and we can discuss further.
Details:
Looking for someone M-Fri. 8am-4:30 (Can be flexible 7:30-9am start 8hr work day with 30min lunch)
No Call for locum (If you were to go perm it would be 1 week out of 6-8 weeks by phone only)
Outpatient Clinic at the correctional facility
Adult Males, well enough to live in general population, many chronic conditions (ie diabetes, hypertension, some ID)
They do have an ID specialist to manage specific ID needs
Avg. 10-15pts per day
Malpractice Covered
Lodging covered if needed or mileage covered
Pay 75/HR
