Job Title: Family Medicine Monmouth, IL
Job Description: Due to increasing patient volumes and expansion of our service area, we are seeking a Family Medicine physician to cover two-16 hour shifts per week and one 8 hour shift per week.

This is an IDPH, RIMSAP, and Farm Bureau payback site.


•OSF Holy Family Medical Center is a state-of- the-art Medical Center with 24-hour emergency services, a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic services, and often surpasses the normal support received in much larger metropolitan regions. It is a critical care access hospital with 23 acute and skilled beds and full service surgical and ancillary departments.

•OSF Healthcare, nationally ranked 54th of 587 Integrated Healthcare Networks, offers an integrated network of care throughout this Western Central Illinois region with advanced patient treatment.

•This position is scheduled as 7 am – 11 pm Tuesday and Friday and 7 am – 5 pm on Thursday.

•Call is (1) weekend every (6) weeks rounding on all inpatients. Our Hospitalists care for in-patients Monday through Friday and cover the ED from 8am – 5 pm.

•This candidate would see any ED patients between 8:30 pm and 11 pm on Tuesday and Friday. Practice in the clinic on Tuesday and Friday would be with two other Family Medicine physicians, an Internal Medicine physician, and two Physician Assistants.

•This position includes a base salary commensurate with experience plus incentives. Benefits include paid malpractice, CME, association membership dues, holidays, and vacation weeks. •A physician with quality medical training who has completed board certification or a newly trained physician will be considered with the stipulation that board certification must be achieved within a few years for continued employment.

The Secondary Service Area includes Henderson, Mercer, McDonough, the Southern part of Henry, and Fulton with a population of 114,816.
