We have an excellent opportunity for you to join a well-established clinic in Indiana. We are actively seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner or Internal Medicine physician to join our staff.
This clinic has been an active part of the community for many decades. It has been functioning as a Rural Health Clinic with the hospital working very closely with our clinic. As of March 5, 2012, it became part of a FQHC network of health centers.
Currently this clinic is supported by 2 Pediatricians, 1 IM, 1 PA, 2 OBG physicians and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife. Your patient volume can be anticipated to be 15 to 20 total encounters daily. Patient Ratio type will be 60% Adult and 40% Geriatric. You would be able to begin practicing upon credentialing.
Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8a to 5p.
