* 3 offices owned and operated by Yakima Regional have additional needs for Family Practitioners
* Fully functioning Hospitalist Program with 24/7 coverage
* 4 day work week
* Electronic Medical Records
* Busy patient flow: 25 – 35 patients a day
* Office Call (Phone): 1:5 – 1:8 depending on which office you join
* Existing physicians earning from 205K to 295K based on personal daily volumes
* 90TH percentile earnings possible with right work ethic while still allowing for a true life balance
* Employment agreement with full benefits
