Small town (1,900) in south central Kansas.
Compensation Package
• $190,000 base salary
• $10,000 Medical Directorship Stipend
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Productivity bonus available when monthly RVUs exceed 363 (~19
pts/day). Bonus RVUs paid at $37 per RVU (see attached RVU
Bonus Table)
Clinic Coverage
• Four days per week (required coverage on Monday & Friday)
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
ER Coverage
• Two days per week (Monday – Thursday)
• No weekends!
• No holidays that fall on a Monday or Friday
Paid Time Off
• 16 PTO Days
• 7 Holidays
CME Allowance
• Up to $1,500 per year
• 5 days of paid leave for CME
Relocation
• Up to $10,000
