Vidant Medical Group and Vidant Family Medicine Hertford are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Med-Peds Physician to join a new primary care clinic. New grads considered.
Job Highlights include:
• Office hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
• Outpatient only
• No Call
• Supervisor stipend of one NP
• Full practice management support including referral development
• Beautiful community located on the water
• Clinic is 10 miles from private, waterfront golf community along 500 miles of shoreline
• Close proximity to NC and VA beaches

Vidant Chowan Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Edenton which provides programs and services to 110,000 people in six counties. The hospital offers medical and surgical services including intensive care, a specialty care clinic, and a dedicated outpatient surgery area with endoscopy capabilities.
Hertford is a charming waterfront community located just 90 minutes to the world-famous Outer Banks. Nestled in NC’s Inner Banks region, Hertford is 20 miles northwest of historic Edenton, NC and one hour from metro area of Norfolk, VA. Its tree-lined streets, waterfront parks, and well-preserved late 18th century Queen Anne Colonial Revival homes make it the perfect place to relocate. Vidant Medical Group is a multi-specialty physician group sponsored by Vidant Health. Currently Vidant Medical Group employs over 425 providers including primary care and specialists. The group offers the infrastructure needed to manage a modern medical practice including processes for billing and collection, group contracting, electronic medical records (EPIC) and other technologies.
