Join a well-established, not-for-profit practice with 60 employees serving approximately 2,700 patients per month through a family practice model of care.
There are openings in 2 of their 4 locations, both in outpatient only or traditional practice settings as follows:
Option 1: 30 minutes North of Tallahassee:
• Outpatient only
• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (extended hours on Tuesday + Thursday until 7pm on rotating basis)
• Fridays: ½ day for admin time
• Census: 18-21 patients per day
• Hospitalist service in place for rounding and admissions
• Compensation: $185,000 plus 35% of collections (over 4200 total patient encounters)
Option 2: 30 miles East of Alabama:
• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (until 7pm on Mondays)
• Census: 18-21 patients per day
• Rounding on 1: 3 basis at hospital and/or nursing home (between 8am-9am)
• Optional ER call on weekends
• Compensation: $180,000-$190,000 + bonus plus:
1. 35% of collections (over 4200 total patient encounters
2. 60% of all collections for hospital and nursing home visits
3. 100% of collections for all patients seen in the ER
