A permanent, full-time FM Physician opportunity with a comprehensive outpatient facility near the beautiful Traverse City, MI area.
This community health center provides comprehensive ambulatory care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. No call, no weekends, no after hours and no holidays required making a great balance of personal and professional life.
Stable and friendly working environment (M-F, 8-5) with a dedicated staff focused on quality care and patient interaction.
Competitive salaried position with performance bonus, sign-on bonus and relocation package. Benefits include generous health insurance, 3% 401k matching, 13 paid holidays, $6K CME, PTO, licensure/fee reimbursement and covered malpractice. Loan repayment options are available as well.
Candidates must have active, unrestricted MI licensure, current DEA and board certified in Family Medicine.
