We are seeking a referral and would appreciate your assistance.
Do you know of a Family Medicine MD/DO available to work on a locum's basis starting immediately or a provider seeking a full-time position in WA State?
We are not accepting providers who need sponsorship assistance - reference: RJ
For Locum's: Strictly Outpatient ONLY! Will immediately take a locum's until a full-time provider can be secured!
This is a hospital owned clinic that is requesting a B/C or B/E FP. This is an outpatient position, 4-day work week, 12-18 patients per day and EMR. Clinic hours are
7:30am - 5:00pm. Not open weekends. This will be a minimum of 1-2 months and could be extended to satisfy current need.
For full-time: This is a traditional inpatient/outpatient position including office procedures, hospital procedures that the doctor is certified for. Production bonus with a low threshold and ability to earn well over $250K, competitive salary, CME, retention stipend and all of the usual hospital benefits.
The community is in the Omak WA. area. Hospital is a critical care facility. The clinic is a couple of blocks from the hospital. There are two other clinics in town. Right now the clinic is down to one FP. The other providers are NP/PA’s. Another FP left earlier this year due to personal reasons and that has put them in a tough spot as this location is remote. Spokane is 140 miles and Wenatchee WA is 90 miles. Seattle is just under 4 hrs. The Canadian border is an hour North. This is a 4-season location with mild winters as it is at 800 foot elevation and at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains.
Requirements: Must be BC/BE Family Medicine, have current unrestricted WA State license, clean databank, no current significant malpractice history, good rapport with patients a must and able to work collegially with clinic and medical staff.
