• The providers at Family Health Center in Storm Lake specialize in Family Practice and Obstetrical care.
• UnityPoint Health providers practice in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, mental health and various medical subspecialties. With a unique approach to coordinated care, we focus on helping the patient get better by any means we have available. From referrals to specialists to helping coordinate home care, our family physicians are placed at the center of care. You are the patient's health coach and advisor.

• Minor surgical procedures
• Mental and behavioral health care

• Eye care
• Care of the urinary system
• Well woman, reproductive counseling and family planning
