ProHealth Physicians is currently interviewing for a family medicine physician to assume the patient panel of a retiring physician in Meriden, CT. Meriden is a suburban community conveniently located in central Connecticut less than thirty minutes from the cities of Hartford and New Haven CT. This is a multi-provider family practice is located in a medical facility that also houses many convenient ancillary services including blood draw, x-ray, ultrasound, and an on-site urgent care center and offers the benefit of being part of Connecticut’s leading physician owned and governed primary care group practice, currently representing 350 primary care providers practicing in 90 locations throughout Connecticut. Position Details
o Schedule (hours and days) negotiable, 4.5 days per week direct patient care
o Practice Hours: Monday – Friday 7:45AM-4:30 PM
o Saturday hours are rotated amongst 7 providers, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
o Phone call only, 1:7 rotation with an evening nurse triage service
o Target Start Date: Summer 2016
o No hospital or nursing home rounding required
o Comprehensive training programs include E.M.R., ICD-10, Coding, HIPPA, OSHA, Compliance, and more

o Also included: Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, CME paid time off, and license, medical journals & professional dues reimbursement
