Specialty needed: Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Family Practice, or a General Practice physician Qualifications: Must have a current state license, an active DEA, and about 3 years of relevant experience Location: 50 miles outside Orlando, FL Practice setting: Outpatient primary care clinic Dates or start date: Full time coverage needed starting on 1/26/15 *Ongoing coverage needed until a permanent provider is hired Shift times: Mon – Thurs (8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.), Fri (8:00a.m. – 12:00p.m.) Ages seen: Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages (infant – adult) Patients per day: 25-30 Support staff: This facility is home to a very organized and friendly team of support staff EMR: Yes Procedures: No in-office procedures DEA required: Yes­ Additional information: Typical cases include primary healthcare visits, physicals, child and adult immunizations We are seeking a provider who is interested in covering future shifts.
