Specialty needed: Family Practice Physician, General Practice Physician
Location: 1 hour outside Jacksonville, NC
Practice setting: Outpatient Health Clinic
Dates or start date: Per diem opportunity beginning 9/4/14
Shift times: 7:00a.m.-4:00p.m.
Patients per day: 18-22
Ages seen: Adults ONLY
EMR: Yes
Support staff: Our practice facility is home to a very organized and friendly team of providers.
Procedures: DOT physicals, employment physicals, some private patient, primary care visits. Hazmat, ERT and respirator clearance physical experience preferred.
DEA required: Yes
Additional information:
This is an ongoing need. We are seeking a provider interested in covering future PRN/Per Diem shifts.
