Job Description

Last Update: 10/11/16
Marathon Health (www.marathon-health.com) is one of the nation’s leading providers of employer-based health services. We serve businesses throughout the United States, providing a different kind of healthcare program that focuses on total population health risk management, including health assessments, primary care, coaching, and disease management services.

We have partnered with Cargill’s Beef business in Friona, TX, to provide a health and wellness center for their employees and families (newborns +). Services include primary and urgent care as well as health maintenance and prevention. Our intention is to provide the best patient care in a collaborative clinical community and give access to workforce population where our health center is located in your community that does not regularly seek preventative healthcare services and does not have primary care physicians.

Qualified candidates must have an unrestricted medical license within Texas and experience in family practice. Experience in full spectrum pediatric care required.

This is an on-site position, working either 8 hours week or 1 week per month (32 Hours) with a clinical team consisting of a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, a full-time Registered Nurse, and a full-time Medical Assistant. There are no on-call hours.
