Permanent Family Practice Sports Medicine Position – Omaha, NE area. Outstanding opportunity to work with the largest number of athletes in the state and highly competitive compensation package. Family Practice Physicians with Sports Interests
• Outstanding Compensation package consisting of sign on bonus, loan repayment, quality incentives, call stipends, and RVU structure.
• With 9 area high-schools and 1 college, you will work with the largest number of athletes of any city in the state.
• Scope of Practice will consist of Sports Medicine and General Family Practice work. The General Family Practice part of the practice is already built
• Hospital Employed position where you will work alongside and in conjunction with the current Orthopedic Sports Surgeon in place.
• No weekend call with hospitalist program already in place. Weekday call will range from 1-4 at the worst with most likely a 1-7 weekday call schedule.
• Can earn extra money if you would like to pick up weekend call shifts.
• Will spend time at the local college in their clinic.
• 20 – 30 average daily patient volume.
• May involve light inpatient work consisting of 2-3 patients, but this is still being discussed.
• Tenured support staff
• All travel to Nebraska & lodging is paid for on-site visit
• Assistance with Nebraska license
