Sports Medicine Fellowship Director opportunity in Southeast Wisconsin! They are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with a CAQ in Sports Medicine as Fellowship Director of their Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. They are looking for an individual with a love for teaching and a desire to work within a Community Based Family Medicine Residency Program. As Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Fellowship, as well as teaching Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students, along with holding your own clinic hours.
