Tucson is Calling! Family Practice & Sports Medicine Physician Opportunity in Beautiful Arizona!

As the incoming physician, you’ll join a busy hospital owned multi-specialty practice. The successful candidate will be board certified or board eligible in a primary care specialty, CAQ, and have completed a fellowship in sports medicine or have equivalent experience. Candidates should be comfortable caring for patients with acute, chronic and overuse injuries specifically as it relates sports participation - with an emphasis on musculoskeletal and orthopedics. Proficiency/experience in rehabilitation modalities and techniques and the use of casting, bracing and injections is preferred.

The position includes some evening clinic hours and Saturday morning office hours and covers high school football games on Friday nights in the fall as well as coverage for other local high school sports teams throughout the year. The preferred candidate is one that is highly motivated to continue the growth of the sports medicine service line in the community. The physician will work closely with the groups surgeons, therapists, and athletic trainers and be committed to providing timely and appropriate management of sports related injuries.
