Job Specifics
• Excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine and Sports Medicine Fellowship trained physician to join a team of specialists to serve an increasing patient base in Bloomington, IL. OSF Multispecialty Group Orthopedics – College Avenue is affiliated with OSF St. Joseph Medical Center. Services provided at this facility include fracture care, lab services, MRI – open, physical therapy, and x-ray.
• Responsibilities include non-surgical orthopedics which will include evaluating and treating patients in the office, performing injections, and pre-participation physicals. This will enhance and improve our practice as we aim to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care with our team.
• OSF Orthopedics – College Avenue’s team includes surgeons, physicians, a physician assistant, and professional clinical staff who treat a full range of orthopedic conditions. We also offer diagnostic services, ambulatory surgery, physician/occupational therapy and a sports medicine program.
• OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, a 157-bed all private room facility, includes a medical staff of over 300, a Level II nursery and trauma center; medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric, intensive care and post-intensive care units; a 32 bed Comprehensive Care Center using a universal approach with patients; a skilled nursing facility for those patients in need of transition from acute care to home or a nursing home; and a wide range of specialty services at our Bloomington campus or through affiliations with providers throughout the state.
