• TriStar Medical Group seeks to add an associate to one of its excellent employed Nashville clinics
• Internal Medicine network of 75 IMs strong, divided into smaller groups
• Join a two-member IM practice (one NP) serving Nashville’s eastern suburb since 1984
• Outpatient medicine. HCA Employed.
• Noted as the Hermitage area (named after the home of Pres. Andrew Jackson) it’s a historic community 16 miles east of downtown Nashville
• Need BC Internist or FP with Adult / Geriatrics experience
• Average number of patients seen per physician – 20 to 22 office visits
• Practice call rotation: cover own during the week; 1:3 weekends with N.P. taking first call, no unassigned call. Highly efficient practice management helping the physicians to concentrate on patient care (EMR)
• Located on the campus of Summit Medical Center, modern acute care hospital of 188 private beds, full complement of subspecialty consultation available, state-of-the-art diagnostic capability
• Option to live in Hermitage or nearby fashionable, upcoming Brentwood
• Excellent earning potential. Base salary, plus bonus incentive based on productivity, extensive fringe benefits package (inclusive of matching 401K), sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, marketing assistance, relocation
