Near Charlotte & Winston-Salem! Geriatric Medicine Physician Opportunity in a Beautiful Area of North Carolina!
As the incoming physician, you'll join a program that provides all-inclusive care for the elderly (ages 55 and over) with a nursing home level of service. This program is dedicated to individuals who want to stay in their home and, as such, provides at home care, DME, PT, OT, speech, recreation, social services, medically related transportation, pharmacy, nutrition service, adult day health services, acute care as medically necessary, nursing home care as medically necessary, respite, dental, vision, hearing and foot care. You'll work a great schedule with limited call.
