The practice opportunity may be structured as an employee of the health system?s professional corporation or as an independent practitioner. In addition to a base salary, the employed practitioner will earn a production bonus equal to 85% of all collections in excess of operating expenses. Furthermore, there is a competitive benefits package offered covering relocation, vacation, CME, medical and dental insurance and professional liability insurance. If employment is not desired the endocrinologist candidate may receive an income guarantee with moneys that would be repayable under the guarantee arrangement being forgiven based on the endocrinologist remaining in active medical practice within the community for a period of at least three (3) years following the expiration of the guarantee agreement.This is a beautiful historic city located not far from Lake Erie.
