Position: Endocrinology (full-time)
*Board Certified or Board Eligible
*MD and DO considered
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
*Base Salary: $230K+ (depends on the candidate)
*Bonus structure: wRVU (no cap)
*Health insurance, disability, life, retirement (403B - 8% match), malpractice
*Vacation: 8 hours accrued per pay period (26 pay periods per year)
*$6,000.00 towards CME
*5 CME paid days
*Sign on bonus (20K to 25K)
*Student loan repayment negotiable
*Relocation: up to $10,000.00
Practice:
•General Endocrinology
•Hospital employed
•Contract length – 2 years
•No calls
•Few in-patient consults
•Referrals from all specialties in the Hospital
•Ability to establish a private practice
Hospital:
•222 licensed bed facility
•Non-profit – Established 120 years year ago
•Accredited by the Joint Commission
•Service population: 120K
•12 Bed ICU
