Kaweah Delta Health Care District is seeking board certified/board eligible fellowship trained Endocrinologist to join our practice! Now accepting applications for practicing and newly trained physicians.
Kaweah Delta Health Care District provides the people living and working in California’s bustling Central Valley with access to high-quality health care just minutes from home. The Chronic Disease Management Center is now open with a goal to reduce the number of hospital readmissions attributed to inadequate self-care. The Center will initially focus on cardiac disease and diabetes teaching self-management.
