Detroit Medical Center Huron Valley Sinai Hospital is seeking a dedicated Endocrinologist to join their team in a wonderful, family-friendly suburb of Detroit, MI. The community need for Endocrinology is high closest competition 2 towns away. Detroit Medical Group has employed Primary Care providers for a referral base to the new physician.
-Cover after-hours phone call (very light) anything else would be consult on your own patients
-Employed through DMC
-Potential for academics if interested - hospital has in-house IM and FP Residency programs
-Position will be 100% Endocrinology heavy Diabetes, must be comfortable with pump management
-Clinic hours are M-F, 7:30a-4:30p (potential for flexible scheduling, willing to discuss part-time)
-Clinic located on hospital campus
-Hospital has a Dietitian on staff
-Huge growth potential but currently a 3 month wait for Endocrinology, so quick ramp-up expected
Candidates must be fellowship trained and Board Certified in Endocrinology. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of practice experience. Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
