Excellent opportunity for an experienced BC Emergency Medicine physician to join a well-established Emergency Medicine group in AZ with excellent support staff and sub-specialty back-up coverage. Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are part of the team and assist in staffing the ED fast track area. ER visits reach up to 30,000 visits per year with an average of about 80 patients per day. This Health Center has a helipad and has great relationships with the trauma facilities in Tucson, AZ. The team is looking for a physician that has an interest in joining a private group and wants to be part of a collegial team.
• Flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts
• Average 30,000 ED visits per year
• Double coverage and daily fast track coverage is available
• 24/7 Hospitalist Program for admissions
• Outstanding compensation with bonus potential and benefits
• Opportunity to become a partner after 1st year
• Group has a house in town where physicians can stay while working shifts
