• Privileges Required? (turnaround): 45-60 days from receipt of completed hospital app, provided all info is 100% completed.
• DM Process: Name Clear. CV to be forwarded to Regional Director for approval.
• Any Limitations for Travel/Lodging? No limitations on T&L
• Certification Requirements (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.) BE candidates need ACLS, ATLS and PALS. Require procedure logs from the last two years.
• Additional Info: Candidate must be able to commit to at least 6 months. Site is high volume and can get up to 30 pts/day if coverage is not adequate.
