No Visa's. Open to NEW GRADS or EXPERIENCED. Must be BC/BE and residency trained in Emergency Medicine or BC/BE FP/IM with a lot of ED experience. Join an established, 10 year old independent practice. Position: - The group covers 3 facilities, soon to be 4, but you will work from just 2 facilities that are just minutes apart - EM's typically choose 1 facility as their primary location - This is an independent group with flexible scheduling - There are a couple NP's in the group as well - EM's work a minimum of 1400 hours annually - Shifts vary and are either: 6A-4P, 8A-5P, 10A-8P, 11A-9P, 1P-10P, 4P-2A, or 8P-6A - There are EM's that prefer nights so you don't have to work very many nights unless you want to Facility: - Non profit facilities - 38,000 annual visits at one facility, 19,000 at the other, 15,000 at the third and 11K at the newest - ED was totally renovated 1 year ago at one facility and is under renovation at the other Financial: - NEW GRADS can choose a guaranteed hourly rate equivalent to $230K annually. As well as a benefit package worth 28% of your salary. -EXPERIENCED physicians will get hourly rate, quarterly bonuses, shift differentials, etc. - Additional Shift differential pay - Additional Bonuses - Benefits package worth about 28% of your salary - Sign on bonus - Relocation - Health insurance - Short and Long Term Disability - Life Insurance - CME - Paid Malpractice - and more.......
